LIVING THE SUPERNATURAL LIFE 

Gen1:26-28 ; 2:5-7 John 17:20-23

At creation the plan of God for man was that man should be a supernatural being even while living on earth. Man was made in the image of God and after his likeness, the very life of the trinity was put inside of man. There was absolutely nothing man couldn’t achieve only if he conceive it in his mind man lived just like God. Let's look at something in Genesis 2:10-15 God created rivers to water the plants in the garden of Eden and then put man there to tend the garden. Now, how was man supposed to move around in the garden with the rivers that encompassed the garden, the bible does not tell us that God created a boat for man to use so how did man cross the rivers to be able to move from one side of the garden to the other? The answer is in Matthew 14:25-29. In that scripture we see how Christ went to rescue his disciples from the raging of the storm, the boat of the disciples was already on the sea moving so for Christ to get there on time he had to activate the life of the spirit. Christ had to walk on water to go meet his disciples so that was exactly how Adam used to walk on the rivers in Eden. Man was a very powerful being until the tempter came and man fell into sin. 

Can we still live in the supernatural today? The answer is a big yes. The tempter came thinking that he could destroy the purpose of God but did not know that his coming was already known and adequate preparation was made to counter his activity. Revelations 13:8 reveals to us that the lamb of God was slain at the creation of the world, Peter also reiterated this saying in 1Peter 1:18-20. God had made adequate preparations to take back what the devil stole from man which was the God kind of life. 

It is as if to say, God had taken out an insurance policy before creating mankind. A fully comprehensive insurance that pays for all damages no matter what, and restore back as new. That insurance is the blood of Jesus. The main strength of the insurance (just like any normal insurance policy) is that it was taken out before the incident. That is why it covers every thing. Jesus' death on the cross was not an after thought by God, rushed through after the event (of mankind falling into sin). No. It had been settled before. Child of God by reason of the slaying of the lamb we can regain our God like nature. Jesus speaking said all power has been given to me Matthew 28:18 and he gave that power unto us. That means that nothing has the ability to stop us except we allow it, we have been brought back to the point of living in the supernatural because the last Adam is a quickening spirit 1Cor 15:45 and if that spirit dwells on you it shall quicken your mortal body Rom 8:11. In the days of the Last Adam he didn't lack anything that was needed to do his work, when he needed money for tax a fish gave him, he needed a place for Passover it was given, he needed a colt to enter Jerusalem with it was given him without hesitation. That is the kind of life we are to live as Christians, a life of absolute possibilities where nothing is impossible, where nothing can stop us. 

What must I do to live in the supernatural.

1. You must be BORN AGAIN 

2. Believe in the supernatural 

3. Yearn  For the supernatural 

4. Depend solely on the Holy Spirit

5. Work by faith not by sight 

6. Use the creative power of words

7. Create an atmosphere where God can dwell so that you can perpetually dwell in there with him. 

As we start doing this I expect to hear your testimonies of doing things the supernatural way.

PLAN B

No matter how far anyone goes there’s always a chance to come back, no matter how bad anything is there’s always a chance to make it good it when there's a PLAN B. God had created the Heavens and the Earth in Genesis 1:1, in 1:2 the earth was destroyed but in 1:3 our God had to unleash his PLAN B of creation .Gen1:1-3 ASV In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.  And the earth was waste and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. In the garden of Eden the devil came tempting Eve and she fell into sin with her husband but God had a PLAN B which was God coming to Earth in the form of a second Adam so that his purpose for mankind would still be fulfilled. Beloved check out the life of this young guy in Luke 15:11-16 (NASB) And He said, “A man had two sons. The younger of them said to his father, ‘Father, give me the share of the estate that falls to me.’ So he divided his wealth between them.  And not many days later, the younger son gathered everything together and went on a journey into a distant country, and there he squandered his estate with loose living. Now when he had spent everything, a severe famine occurred in that country, and he began to be impoverished. So he went and hired himself out to one of the citizens of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would have gladly filled his stomach with the pods that the swine were eating, and no one was giving anything to him., his life was a mess he had nothing to eat neither what to wear he had left the place of enjoyment to the place of enduring just by reason of a wrong decision. In Matthew 6:25-34 Jesus spoke about the ability of God to feed us, house us and clothe us as he does the other creatures but that young man couldn’t draw from that ability until he used the PLAN B Luke 15:17-24 But when he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired men have more than enough bread, but I am dying here with hunger! I will get up and go to my father, and will say to him, “Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me as one of your hired men.”’ So he got up and came to his father. But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and felt compassion for him, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. And the son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and in your sight; I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’ But the father said to his slaves, ‘Quickly bring out the best robe and put it on him, and put a ring on his hand and sandals on his feet;  and bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat and celebrate;  for this son of mine was dead and has come to life again; he was lost and has been found.’ And they began to celebrate. Another wonderful person in the bible is called Naomi, in the book of Ruth 1:1-2 she and her entire family went down to Moab because of the famine that was in their land

 Now it came about in the days when the judges governed, that there was a famine in the land. And a certain man of Bethlehem in Judah went to sojourn in the land of Moab with his wife and his two sons. The name of the man was Elimelech, and the name of his wife, Naomi; and the names of his two sons were Mahlon and Chilion, Ephrathites of Bethlehem in Judah. Now they entered the land of Moab and remained there.(NASB)

 in Ruth1:3-5 she lost everything Then Elimelech, Naomi’s husband, died; and she was left with her two sons. ⁴ They took for themselves Moabite women as wives; the name of the one was Orpah and the name of the other Ruth. And they lived there about ten years. Then both Mahlon and Chilion also died, and the woman was bereft of her two children and her husband.

 in Ruth 1:19 So they both went until they came to Bethlehem. And when they had come to Bethlehem, all the city was stirred because of them, and the women said, “Is this Naomi?”she used PLAN B thus in Ruth 4:13-22 (NASB) Naomi had more than what she ever lost.

So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife, and he went in to her. And the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son. Then the women said to Naomi, “Blessed is the Lord who has not left you without a redeemer today, and may his name become famous in Israel.  May he also be to you a restorer of life and a sustainer of your old age; for your daughter-in-law, who loves you and is better to you than seven sons, has given birth to him. Then Naomi took the child and laid him in her lap, and became his nurse.  The neighbor women gave him a name, saying, “A son has been born to Naomi!” So they named him Obed. He is the father of Jesse, the father of David.

My beloved the time for you to get back all that the enemy stole from you is now; you can never tell what lies in store for you. Naomi entered into the genealogy of our Lord Jesus Christ because she used the PLAN B. Ecclesiastes 9:11 (NASB)I again saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift and the battle is not to the warriors, and neither is bread to the wise nor wealth to the discerning nor favor to men of ability; for time and chance overtake them all. Today I feel so excited to announce to you that this is the time you’ve been patiently waiting for, there’s anointing to break the yoke that has been holding you in captivity. The enemy did not win in the Garden of Eden thus he will not win in your life. He thought that Naomi was finished but didn’t know that God had another plan for Naomi, child of God there’s another plan for you. Do not throw in the towel, don’t lose your hope change is on the way.

There’s an invitation from God to us in the book of Isaiah 1:18-19  "Come. Sit down. Let's argue this out." This is God's Message: "If your sins are blood-red, they'll be snow-white. If they're red like crimson, they'll be like wool. If you'll willingly obey, you'll feast like kings. just come the way you are don’t wait delay might be dangerous come unto me says Jesus he is waiting to restore to you the years you lost.

   Ephesians 3:20-21 God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us. God is able to make you much more than what you have ever dreamt to be. No matter how many miscarriages you’ve had, no matter how many job interviews you’ve attended without a single job coming through, your landlord may be on your neck for his rent, the bank may be asking for the mortgage, the health of your loved one may be deteriorating, you’ve had to write that exams more than once and now you are losing hope of passing it, the number of broken relationships you’ve had is increasing by the day thus you are scared of another relationship. I present  to you Jesus who is able to make all grace abound in your life, Just come the way you are. Take the option of talking to him and telling him how you feel he’s waiting for you to hand over that issue to him that  he might unleash the PLAN B that he has for you and make you smile again.

If you want to give your life to Christ just say these simple prayer with me

           Dear Lord I come to you with my luggage I come believing that you are able to take them from me in exchange for a life in your presence. Jesus I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that I am the reason you came to die therefore I drop the life  I had and by faith I take the one you are giving to me therefore I am born again in Jesus name Amen.

Halleluiah! You just accepted the PLAN B that God has for you to Jesus and he has return to you as the bible says therefore all what the enemy stole from you has been restored. All you need is faith to access that which has been given to you by the Lord.

PRAYER POINTS

1.       Dear Lord I have read about what you were able to do in the life of Naomi, my God reproduce that in my life. Let your plan b for my life begin to manifest in Jesus name Amen.

2.       Whatsoever will make blindfold and not allow me see the need to return I destroy it in Jesus name Amen.

3.       The enemy shall be baffled because of what the Lord will accomplish in my life from today in Jesus name Amen.

4.       Oh Lord my God let my life become a testimony for other believers in Jesus name Amen.
